Simply stated; TimeQ.com is the easiest and most cost effective time and expense tracking solution. The system was designed with the users and payroll department in mind. This easy to use program will meet the needs of small to medium organizations in a simple ASP model. You do not need to install any software or download a script, ActiveX, or Java Applet. All functions are password protected.

 
   
Three participants make the system work.  

The User

The User is typically the person who logs in daily to record his or her hours, overtime, vacation, and/or expenses. Hours are automatically calculated and organized. The clarity of the user screen allows employees to quickly add, edit, delete, or submit hours to their approver.

 

 


The Approver

Approvers will receive weekly email notifications to approve submitted hours. They log in to approve the hours and expenses. They can also modify, deny, or send back faulty hours to the user for corrections. The time and date of the approval is electroncally stamped to ensure several approvers system integrity. Various approvers can be setup in case the primary approver is absent.

The Administrator
The Administrator sets up the system to meet their company's needs. He/she can set up departments, PO/Job costing numbers, pay types, or customizable fields. This person also matches up the users with the correct approver(s).

Reports
Customizable reports are available at the employee and approver levels for all time and expense data. Each user can generate a color coded report that will show them data from pending to approved, and/or rejected entries. Archived reports are available for up to 4 years.
